You won't be disappointed in ordering this product. Through the features, we save a ton of money each month on our energy bills. This device is easy to install and the app is user friendly.

don't waste your time

have went thru 2 , won't stay charged worked fine for 1 year. The made furnace run multiple times before shutting off.. switched to a regular thermostat everything is working fine .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that you had a frustrating experience with Nest Learning Thermostat not holding a charge and causing your system to short cycle.
In most cases, Nest thermostats can charge their built-in battery using your system’s heating and cooling wires. But in a small number of situations, you may need to connect a common (C) wire to deliver enough consistent power to your thermostat, and prevent odd heating and cooling behaviors on your system such as short cycling or making strange noises.
When your system wires can't deliver enough power and there's not a common (C) wire is installed, Nest Learning Thermostat is designed to disconnect from your Wi-Fi network to keep the battery from draining. In this case, we recommend a common wire installation by a Nest Pro so you can utilize the online features of your Nest thermostat.

My dad purchased the Nest Learning Thermostat and me significant other and my dad installed it with great easiness and did not take much time at all. After watching and seeing how nice the thermostat was we decided to purchase on for ourselves and absolutely love it. We would recommend it to anyone !!! Thank you Nest !!!!

I’m a usually picky reviewer and I can’t find one thing to criticize. From set up to use, this product is simple and user-friendly. We love the convenience. The features are great! Some are complicated if you are used to a standard thermostat, so do your research.

The install of the nest Thermostat was super easy!! I love the way it adds a clean decor to my wall, I have it directly under my wedding picture & above chair railing so it adds a nice astectic..looks great, functionality is very easy to use. As far as dependablity it is only 1 day old so that remains to be proven by nest!! Everything else is all good!!!
