Best Ever!

First of all, I am a 69 year old woman without too much techie knowledge. I saw my son-in-laws and wanted one myself because the older thermostat we had was too hard to read (tiny black numbers on green background and 15 years old). It was programmable however it was so hard to change what we set up years ago. Even the furnace techs couldn't get it to work when they came out for the yearly check

I really wasn't sure if I need the unit but I'm so happy that I did get it I love the ability to control it wirelessly. At night sometimes it gets hot in my room in like most of us we don't like to get out of bed and now don't have to thanks to nest.

Even better than expected

Install was easy, setup was a little challenging but nothing excruciating. Best of all, I can control my thermostat from anywhere and the scheduling feature is a nice benefit.

Nest Thermostat

I researched several smart thermostats and liked the Nest because of its form factor. It was straight forward to mount and setup.
It tied into Alexa seemlessly.

I had been seeing the Nest thermostat at friends home and thought it was an unnecessary gadget. When my old thermostat broke, I figured why not give Nest a try. I am glad I did. I love the self learning feature so I dont need to readjust it. I also like the phone app. It is very easy to use. The program feature is complicated but I really isn't needed because of self learning. It is cool looking
