Great for Travel

I'm always in the go, sometimes I also have family visit. When I'm on the go being able to keep my home comfortable for my arrival and save money when I'm out of the country is wonderful. The Nest app let's me do all of that. I love the device

I don’t normally write reviews, but the quality of this Nest Thermostat prompted me to do so. I’m remodeling a home I just purchased and, in the process, converting to a smart home. Installation was easy. I did have to patch up some holes from the old thermostat which was bigger. As for changing over the wiring, that only took a few minutes. App and device setup was quick and easy. Recommended.

I love my nest! I have to admit at first I didn't. The instructions were not very clear on what to do with the white wire and n my system kept blowing heat. A phone call to my buddy and figured out the white doesn't go to the W. All is good now. Love that it intergeates with my Google home and assistant.

This thermostat works great with the app on your phone from anywhere you might be as long as you have it connected to a WiFi
