Best Thermostat

This thermostat was so easy to install. It has been a huge upgrade from our previous thermostat which was so confusing to understand and run. The interface is clean and simple. It is not confusing at all. The app that partners with this device is also a huge plus so you can change it from anywhere. The history part is also good to have on hand to see how much energy is being used.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good purchase

Happy with performance. Seems to follow schedule. Eco worked nicely during our vacation. Was able to control temperature before arriving home from airport. Not so easy to install if you don’t have 5 wire connection. Had my AC guy over to change wiring. I’m hoping to see a slight reduction in my electric bill this coming month.

2nd home with Nest

This is the second home we have installed the Nest thermostat in. Safe to say, we like it, no need to remember turning the the AC off when you leave the house. It also turns it on when you get ready for bed (if that is your routine). We ended up picking up a remote sensor for our bedroom and I feel like it does a good job keeping our room cool last night.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Google Thermostat Degree

First I would like to adjust temperature degree but unable to lock it. I did not like thermos to adjust itself automatically as that is not what I expected. I tried to set up settings to command the degree being locked for time being but it looks like thermos bypassed my command.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nest Learning Thermostat is designed to learn from your temperature preferences. Its learning feature ""Auto-Schedule"" learns and then creates schedules for you when the feature is on. You can turn off this feature by following the steps below:
With the Nest app:
- Open the Nest app and select your Nest thermostat.
- Select Settings, and then Auto-Schedule.
- Tap the switch to turn it off.
On your thermostat:
- Press the ring and choose Settings, and then Nest Sense, and then Auto-Schedule, and then Off.
Once you turn it off, we suggest clearing all the schedules once again to ensure your thermostat won't kick in based on the logged schedules.
If this doesn’t fix the issue, may need to take a closer look in order for us to understand the issue and improve your experience. You can always reach out to our support team here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

This product is extremely easy to use and has made it super easy to save money. In case I forget to turn off my A/C when I leave, it does it for me. Doesn't get any easier than that!

The set up was a breeze! I just followed the steps on the Nest app and it went right up. It took a little adjustment to figure out how to set up the temperature settings, but after that it’s been great. Looks cool too!
