Easier than the old thermostat

I was a little apprehensive installing a thermostat in ac rental but it's already worth it. It was easy to install and set up. The display is easy to read and the app means I won't even have to go look at it. My thermostat is in a really awkward place. I like the emergency on off features. I have reptiles and fish. If I'm out and something happens the nest will issue I don't come home to death.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The nest learning thermostat just works. I connected it to my existing system without trouble. I was also able to connect my whole home humidifier to it thus eliminating the second device needed to control my humidity. Interestingly, I have noticed that family members tamper with it less trying to get the temperature right in the house. This is especially true when the outdoor temperatures fluctuate above and then below room temperatures greatly in the spring. I am looking forward to having the nest in the summer.

took me all of 5 minutes to remove the old thermostat and install the new Nest Thermostat. Very easy install and set up. Works on my phone just like my over smart home equipment.
