I was on edge on buying a new thermostat, especially one that cost more than the average thermostat. But I'm glad I did. It was simple to wire and set up. Only con I really found was that the internal battery was dead upon purchase, so while you're wiring it up id recommend finding a charger to charge it via USB because it won't connect to the internet or let you finish setting it up with a low ba

Been wanting a nest thermostat since gen1, finally added this gen3 to my line up, 1 day use so still learning and messing with the settings. Happy with it so far.

Nest is Best

I have used Nest since Version 1 and now have version 3 thermostats with sensors installed in our home. Although every home is different, the new Nest Sensors make a world of difference in acclimating our rooms to the temperature we want and the new Nest with a slightly bigger readout and the sensor feature is great and highly recommended. The results of the sensors are the best!

Love love love this thermostat! Has been thinking about getting one for quite a while but sealed the deal when I rented a Air B and B with a Nest. I bought a nicer model than I had used but I like mine even better. Great features! Love the home/away feature! I like seeing the timers for each day and times that I'm home. I like it cooler in the house to sleep so I have it turn down before bed.

This is a wonderful product for your home. I have enjoyed this product as it has helped us save money on our heating and cooling bills and has paid for itself multiple times. The app is wonderful, you can cool or heat your house as you are returning from a trip so it is perfect by the time you arrive.
We are looking to purchase a few more of the Nest Products soon.

Nest Customer Service is Great

Our first Nest quit working after a few months. After a call to Customer Service, they determined it was faulty and overnighted us a new one.
We love the design of our Nest Pro. It warms up the house before we wake, starts cooling down after we go to bed, and automatically lowers the inside temperatures when we aren’t home.
We recommend Nest.
