My nest thermostat got bumped and the display broke. I contacted nest support and they replaced it with no charge!

Nest Thermostat

Purchasing the NEST has been a great experience. I love how easy it is to program. Having the app allows me to be able to check on the temp, turn on or off the heating/cooling, and to set/alter a heating/cooling schedule. Being able to see the actual use history is also a big help and gives me great information about how to manage my house's energy use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nest Installation

So I just installed my Nest yesterday in about an hour or so, you could really do it in less but I was in no hurry. Between the instructions included in the box and available on-line, every question I had was answered. I believe they've covered every single possible situation in these instructions. These were definitely the best direction/instructions I have ever used.

I was researching all the different "smart" thermostats out there. The Nest ended up being the winner for me based on the feature set, ease of use, and minimalist look. The fact that I can add other Nest devices and control them all through one app is just icing on the cake. And that cake will always be at a comfortable temperature now!
