I love this thermostat so far. Nest help was great in helping with the wiring (I have a boiler for hot water heat and a separate a/c unit for cooling). Still figuring out how to program it and what it can do. It’s so nice to finally be able to replace 2 old thermostats with one that I can program from anywhere!

It figured out our schedule! I didn't have high hopes for that. But it did, and if I didn't like it, I can change it! The app is simple and straightforward. I love that I can change the temperature from anywhere I am - that is so amazing! 35 degrees? Set at 66 for Eco savings? Leaving work? Turn up and it'll be warm when you get home.
The temp is not accurate. We have it set a degree higher than our old thermostat, and none of our other thermometers read the Nest's temperature, but they all agree. I wonder about the accuracy of the reading.
Cool things: It knows when you're home when you walk by it. I love that. It has different display options so that you can see the weather and temperature outside, the interior actual temp, the temp it's set at, etc. This is a fantastic little piece of technology!
Make it in COPPER!!

I really love this thermostat. I like being able to control it from my phone and love all the features it has. I would definitely recommend this thermostat. It is a little more expensive but worth it.

Fantastic little, yet powerful, device. I've only had it installed for 2 days and I already feel a difference in the house. I almost feel like the A/C is on all day, but it apparently uses the fan interchangeably keeping the home cool all day and night long. Weird. Oddly working too well. Hmmmm... LOL

The Nest thermostat is a nice solid piece of equipment. The setup is so easy compared to my old dot matrix type thermostat. I like the way it lights up when you get near it. It is a smart thermostat at it's best. Have not had it long enough for it to learn my monthly schedule yet but my old thermostat was such a pain to program even the weekly routine. The phone app is so neat I can set the house temp from anywhere and I can also know that if there was a problem with my furnace I would know by the room temp that I need to get home and check before I had a frozen pipe issue.
