upgrading to a smart thermostat

Excellent device. It is amazingly user friendly, and can be controlled remotely via the Apple NEST app. I am definitely getting another one (for the 2nd zone).
I would recommend this to a friend!

You cannot mess up the installation

I was really excited to get this thermostat because it turned some ugly box on my wall into a thing of beauty. To this day I can’t even program the clock on my microwave, but following the instructions on the website, this was super easy to install and actually fun. Now that it’s been operating for a few days, I don’t know what I did without it. No more trips down the hall to change a setting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice product

Works as described, sleek design, easily operated. Double check your heating/ac system to make sure it will work with the Nest. I required professional installation due to this. Not a problem however an additional cost.

Pretty.....expensive

Nice looking. Way smaller than I thought it was. Should tell time and temp. Way too expensive. Just buy the cheaper one. Ez to install.

With Nest Learning Thermostat, there is a feature called ¨farsight” where you can choose what to display when you passed by:
- target temperature
- current temperature
- analog clock
- digital clock
- weather
Also, you’ll be able to choose what is displayed on your thermostat like the current temperature or the weather, switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius, reset your schedule or all settings, and more. You can do these in your settings.

Great Thermostat

The Google nest learning thermostat is a great product. After years of fumbling around with the old-style thermostats and never getting the program right it is awesome to have a thermostat that is so easy to work with.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really great if you travel

We travel between two homes, one at the beach in Florida. When I first heard about the Nest thermostat I was excited that we now had a way to arrive at a home properly cooled or heated. It can be brutal having to wait 4 or 5 hours for the house to cool down after a 7 hour drive. We often have guests staying at our house when we aren't there. Now we can adjust the temperature for them too.

Very Impressed and will add another

I recently added a Nest Learning Thermostat to the upstairs area in my house. After some initial problems with a blown fuse in the air conditioning unit, it was easily connected. Since getting things connected, it has worked flawlessly and is everything and more than I expected. I plan to add another to my main floor after making sure that this Nest was all that it was cracked up to be. It is!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
