Nest Learning Thermostat

This is the best home automation device I have purchased so far. Its great to see the device learn how I adjust my temperature and over time, I no longer have to do that, it automates all that, i.e. adjust the temp just the way I like it for my bed time, adjust it how i like it when just relaxing at home, etc. Even better, sets to ECO mode when I am not home. This is wonderful.

Nest Thermostat

Was impressed and very pleased at the beginning. Since then I have had to replace the Learning Thermostat due to a faulty sensor. Luckily, the Nest support staff was very helpful in determining the problem and walking me through the entire process and the replacement was received in a timely manner. Since then, my other Nest Thermostat has to be replaced. The thermostat was set for cool but the heat would come on. The AC Technician advised me that the wiring was correct and the thermostat module was not recognizing air conditioning. Not sure I am going to replace with another Nest.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If your system starts to blow warm air when your Nest thermostat is in Cool mode, here are some possible causes:
- The thermostat is being miswired.
- Possible need of C wire (if you don't have, for power sharing issue).
- Incompatible heating system.
- Incorrect orientation for the heat pump system.
Try changing the settings for orientation of your heat pump.
- On your thermostat, go to Settings.
- Select Equipment.
- Select Continue > Continue.
- Select Heat Pump.
- The Nest Thermostat defaults to an O setting for heat
Pumps.
- If the O option is highlighted, select B. If the B option is highlighted, select O.
If unresolved, please contact our support team once again so we can have a closer look. You’ll always find us here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

Very Nice so far worth the money

After a few days it picked up on the temp I love to sleep at so now I don't have to adjust it much it automatically goes into my eco setting around the time I head to work and when I come home it cools the place down..
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great addition to our home

Having the Nest thermostat has been a big improvement to our home. It is a major upgrade from our old programmable thermostat, it works so much easier, it saves money by being more efficient, and the ability to control and monitor remotely can't put a price on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall I am happy with my nest thermostat. It’s really sleek looking and easy to program.i have on,y had for a day but like it so far. With it worked with amazon Alexa though
