Bought this at a discount from my energy company and love it. Install and set up were fairly easy. It starts learning immediately, I hardly have to touch it now.

The thermostat does as stated it was disappointing I had to have someone install the device because I have a duel fuel split system. This cost more but the installer Nest recommends was very nice.

I like being able to put in as many temperature changes as I want. Was not able to do so with my last thermostat. Only had twice a day. same times every day. The nest allows us to put in many different times. This is good for both of us. It also allows us to make changes when we are not home.
