Beautiful

Let's be real - who cares about the thermostat? Set it and forget it.
Nest has made me rethink what a thermostat should be. This product is beautiful to behold. Form follows function here with a wonderfully easy turning knob design married to a gorgeous bright colorful display. So much better than an ugly grey box on the wall. The app is great too.

The stat is everything it's labeled as. I like being able to walk by and see it light up to inform me of status the wife loves playing with the phone app. Time will tell if it is durable and maintenance free. I gave it 4 stars in lieu of 5, because of missing installation instructions or warnings as to compatibility with existing system. Knowing the extent of extra labor may stop some people.

Works as advertised. Easy to install. Lots of settings to control the HVAC. Ability to access controls from phone app and hub are convenient.

Easy set up and connection, I was worried at first and it was for nothing. Removal and set up lasted app. 8 min.

The nest learning thermostat

The thermostat is great after a month I’m still learning some things but customer service is a little touch and go . I will say it was during the pandemic and they were nice but the problem I was dealing with could have easily been handled and without money out of pocket had they just listened to what I was trying to say.
I would recommend this to a friend!
