Very good home automation product

I've found the Nest thermostat to be very useful in controlling my home environment to the point of adding some at my church, my son's home and his small business. So easy to control remotely and it has already provided valuable diagnostic information that headed off some problems. My only complaint is that the software will only allow me to control 3 accounts (I already need access to 4).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great upgrade from older thermostat

My house is fairly old, so I didn't really trust the temperature reading on our old thermostat. Nest thermostat was fairly easy to install (thanks to help from my brother -- also a Nest customer). The temperature reading made WAY more sense. Happy I upgraded!

Slick design and easy to use. Syncing with the app is very nice and convenient if you’re traveling a lot. Pricey, but worth it.

I can’t believe how much I love a “thermostat” But I really do! My energy usage has gone down since I got it and that’s always a plus in south Texas heat. I love how neat & sleek it looks and how simple it is to use. It’s programmed to change to the perfect temperature I need during certain times of the day like when I cook because my kitchen gets warmer for example. I love it! Everyone needs one!

Easy to Use

I like the look and ease of use. It's modern and has a nice stainless finish. I feel that my hallway looks updated now that the old tan colored thermostat is gone.
Being able to turn the heat/AC on/off remotely is a big deal. I don't have to worry about that anymore, since I can easily check and turn it off from anywhere.

For the most part I really love the Nest, but I have two different heat sources and I am having trouble figuring out how to control the two independently.
