I love my nest thermostats

they Connect to Wi-Fi, when you are in the vicinity of them they light up and you can read the numbers easily ,they work beautiful. You can set them home or away by phone.

We have two households with one Nest in each. I found it easy to manually install myself. Internet connection required and fairly easy to connect at each end. App fantastic at enabling communication between Nest devices. I only wish my WeMo app was as good. One device, at one Home is when dropping temperature without us during winter. We set it manually to 65 degrees at night or when Away. Not during the day or evening while Home ~ we keep it at 72. Therefore, it is annoying when it drops out of the blue.

Bought this to replace an older Honeywell thermostat. Installation was simple and setup was a breeze. Like the look and the app. Very happy at this point with the product.

I first purchase the Nest Learning Thermostat for my housemate as a Birthday gift. I had a few friends that swore by them. My housemate is the home-owner so as not to get in hot water with him, I let a professional install the unit. He was a bit skeptical at first, but when I would feel the heat come on at the end of the day, I knew he was off work and was on his way home. He wanted the house warm

We didn't like the thermostat the previous owners had installed in our house but hadn't done anything about it yet. Then we got offered a Nest thermostat, a smart bulb, and a Google home mini as a package from Duke energy. We got the package, and we love the thermostat. It works just like the articles I'd read said, and it's a lot more pleasant than the clunky programmable thermostat we had.
