Why I recommend the Nest Learning Thermostat

I love this product. The biggest surprise was the energy reports that give you time of day and how much energy you use. You can also put it on eco and the thermostat will turn off when no one is home. Great product wish I had bought sooner.

Hi there, thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that your Nest Learning Thermostat is automatically changing the temperature in your home. If you prefer to disable learning and have your thermostat follow a fixed schedule, you can turn Auto-Schedule off. That way it won’t change unless you make manual changes to it.
Here are some steps to manually edit the existing schedule:
1. Turn off Auto-Schedule learning.
2. Clear the existing schedule (optional).
3. Edit or create the schedule.

Better than expected

We used to have issues with our heater drying out the house overnight. I'm not sure what it is about the nest, but I haven't woken up with a scratchy throat since we got it! It turns out my old thermostat program wasn't nearly as efficient as I thought.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I recently purchased 3 nest learning thermostats for my home and have to say that I am extremely happy with the purchases. They keep me informed of what the temperature is in each part of the house as well as set temperature points up. Much easier to use then the old thermostat that came with the house and much more informative. Didn't realize how easy it would be to use till after Installation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My wife and I used to head upstairs to to bed and forget to adjust the thermostat. No more trips downstairs, just a quick change on the thermostat.
