I've been very pleased with my Best thermostat. It was a major upgrade. My old thermostat would keep my unit running even after I made adjustments to raise the temp and often, I would have to turn off the unit to make a temperature adjustment. The installation was very easy. I love the ability to make adjustments with my phone App. I highly recommend this useful tool.

This thermostat was incredibly easy to install, works better than I had anticipated, looks fantastic and is highly recommended by me. I have even bought two more I like this one so much.

Solid product with nice user interface

The product works as expected and has very intuitive user interface. Also, it could integrate the existing furnace (heat source) with newly added HVAC system. When we quoted different HVAC contractors, all but one omitted this feature of the thermostat but recommended us to purchase a entire new system. I feel it is an underappreciated feature of this thermostat.

i love nest because it is very to use and very easy to install on the wall and use it with app. i love it. the nest family are always there to help you with any thing through the app. i couldn't believe how easy it was to get help, all i had to do is press the chat button and someone will start talking to you. at first i thought it was fake, i didn't believe it until my problem was solved.

I recently purchased an entire HVAC system and two Nest thermostats were included. There were so easy to program and I love being able to check the temperature of my home from anywhere. It is connected to my Echo so if I get chilly I just say "Alexa, turn up the temperature.", and she does it! I love living in the future!
