Nest Performance Review

The thermostat is AMAZING to begin with, it is hard to think you can be enthused over a temperature control device, however it is just that good.
I installed the unit myself and it is simple to complete.
However the downside of the performance of my unit is it about a week of use after installation, the unit frequently goes OFFLINE for LOW APP BATTERY.
So I have some sorting to do.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love it but Installation Wasn't 100% Smooth

My home has two thermostats, one for each zone. One upstairs and one downstairs. I was excited to purchase and install 2 Nests and I really love the look on the wall, the simplicity and the remote capabilities. The reason i didn't include all stars is because the installation required a connection of a common wire at my thermostat and furnace, which was not stated in the installation instructions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are a 2 Nest Family.

We were so pleased with the first Nest thermostat that we now have one on each unit of our 2-story home. We are retired and travel. We can monitor the functions from anywhere in the world on our Ipad. It maintains summer and winter temps even when we are a continent away.
The lower level thermostat has learn our schedule and turns itself off after we have retired and is ready to go to work when we come down in the morning.

Great thermostat with many features

I bought this thermostat to pair with my Alexa Echos. I chose it over models from Honeywell and Ecobee. The thermostat looks very nice on the wall and has plenty of features. I'm very happy with my decision to buy it. I've only had it hooked up for 2 full days so I will update this review after it goes through the learning process.

A great e-thermostat!

This wifi-enabled thermostat is a wonderful way to monitor temperatures of structures, and allow you to make modifications when you're in remote locations.
It is very easy to use, and extremely easy to see.
There are multiple options for colors and for brightness of the screen, and the distance for it to show up.
I really enjoy customizing the thermostat for my personal needs.
It is easy to program from a computer to turn on and off on certain temperatures on different days.
I definitely recommend the Nest thermostat
