I think this is a good value for your money. I only have a heat on mine and I can see it saving me money already.

The nest was relatively easy to install. Very easy to download the smart phone and smart watch apps. It very easy to program and very easy to use. I love the way temperatures can be scheduled. It looks great as well.

The nest thermostat could not be easier to install ... it functions extremely well. Definitely has produced a cost saving. Love being able to adjust the setting from my cell phone.
If you're reading this review to make a purchase decision .... don't hesitate, go out now and purchase the new NEST thermostat. You will not regret your decision.

Works better than I thought!

Easy to install, just scan the QR code BEFORE you put it on the wall. The only spot to get the QR code is the part that is against the wall. You don't need the QR code, but it would have been nice. I had thought the old thermostat was fine, but this is already proving to control the temperature much better.

A word of advice concerning installation. Forget what you think you know about HVAC, electronics, and other toot your own horn knowledge and Follow The Instructions! It will work the first time.

I found the thermostat really easy to install and set up. The directions were concise, plus it was reasonably intuitive. And it works well. I'm impressed with it so far.
