Amazing!

Nest makes everything so easy from installation to setup! My thermostat was up and running in under 10 minutes. I can already tell it’s much more efficient than my old thermostat. I love that I can control everything from my phone and that I don’t have to turn a light on to see it at night.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Intelligent Home Thermostat

A smart thermostat started off as a novel idea. Then, on realizing my existing home heating and cooling was approaching their end of life, installing a Neat was a great way of prolonging the equipment I had and making more efficient use of it and my replaced furnace. The thermostat was easy to install, setup, and looks good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Problem

Couldn't get the thermostat to work, got some error code, called my hvac company and they came out and couldn't install it either. Stuck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use

Easy setup and use. Connected to WiFi and worked right away. It's nice to use voice commands from my recliner.

I expected a quality product from Nest since I already have 4 of their cameras and I was NOT disappointed with this. EASY installation. EASY app setup. Not to mention really cool to look at, easy to use, and neat that it powers up the display when it senses you're by it. Bonus that it's eligible for a rebate from my energy provider- would have bought it anyways...
I would recommend this to a friend!
