So much better

I could never be sure I had my old thermostat programmed correctly. No problem with the Nest! Only had it installed for a day but already loving it! Only downside is the price and it is a little bit slow setting it up. Once you get past that, it works great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The installation process was easy to understand especially with the step by step walkthrough on the Nest app. I encountered a few errors while installing but was able to easily and quickly figure out what was wrong thanks to the website walking me things to try based on the error code I received. Overall I would recommend this thermostat to anyone looking to upgrade to a smart home.

Incredible thermostat!

I had been looking at and researching the Nest thermostat for a long time. Since CPS Energy offered to replace the old system with the Nest it was a no brainer. The Nest was installed quickly and seamlessly. The ease of use is incredible, not to mention, that it actually learns how I like my temp adjusted. I can adjust my temp. from my electronic devices also. I highly recommend this device.

We have an older ac unit and I heard installation can take some time(maybe this is true for other nest thermostats) but the install was way easier than expected.

I love the fact I can check the thermostat while I'm at work, and turn it up before I get home so the home is warm when I walk in. Looks good on the wall. Very happy with my purchase
