Easy to set up and use, with app at thermostat or with voice assistance device. Monitors your use as well which is nice to see (for instance how often your furnace/AC turns on while you're sleeping, and throughout the day). Eco setting let's you save on energy by allowing a deviation from temperature setting to save as well. Recommended.

Bought two to replace old programmable thermostats. Setup was very simple and the nests work great. App is easy to navigate. Would be nice if it worked with alexa.

Nest Thermostat

Works fairy well so far. Biggest issue I have is it doesn't recognize when I am home or away very well. Still need more time to see how beneficial it is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you haven’t done already, we suggest you use your phone location to participate in Home/Away Assist. Here’s where to find it:
- Open the Nest app.
- Tap Settings .
- Select Home/Away Assist.
- Choose What decides if you’re home.
- Select Use phone location.
- Tap the switch to expand the menu. This will show a list of all the people with shared control of your Nest home.

The Nest Thermostat is a Great product for people that have low vision. I now can adjust the house thermostat. Love the independence it gives me

This little harde gadget is awesome and i can't stop playing with it!
My bedroom is on the second floor and when it would get cold or warm at 3a.m. i would have to run down and reset my old stat. What a convenient gadget!
We often have the kids coming home for the weekend and occasionally we are not home so it makes sense to lower the heat or AC while we gone and we can warm the house before.

Great Device

I like this thermostat very much. I was surprised how heavy it is. I like the glass covering. I like the ring for adjusting. I didn't use the learning feature. I set a schedule myself with my phone. I bought this to monitor it with my phone and I love the on time monitoring.
I would recommend this to a friend!
