Sadly disappointed

I am now on 4th nest because of "wifi chip issues". Insult to injury I take part in selling these to customers where I work. My experience with these thermostats has cased me to purchased a different brand thermostat and haven't experienced any issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Key hardware for your smart home

It's a thermostat, it heats and cools your house. It doesn't step out of its design purpose. Yes it's connected and yeah its a little smart. It's an elegant design that give a retro modern look. I have Google home and an android phone. After setting up the nest and linking it to my Google home. I have yet to touch the nest device. I control it from voice controls or my home app. Great product

Day Two, But Very Impressed

I'm an avid DIYer.In all my year I have never found a product that feels and looks like high quality, but also thinks about the user as much as the product.I know this sounds like dumb statement. However,Nest thought about someone who isn't a DIYer and has never purchased a level, cover plate, or mounting plate.They include all the tools to make a novices install look just as good as a pros.Wow!

Two thermostats for my home

I purchased two thermostats for my home from Cosco !! Great score plus my utility company is giving me a rebate which you can’t go wrong !! Very simple to install, 15 minutes or less on each one I installed!! Easy connect to Wi-Fi, programmed My settings for a seven day period took less than 10 minutes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

GREAT FOR SOMEONE ON THE GO

WORKS GREAT,HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE ON WIRING I HAVE A HEAT PUMP AND THINGS DIDN'T
MATCH. BUT I CALLED TECH SUPPORT AND THEY HAD ME EMAIL A PIC TO THEM OF MY OLD WIRING ON THE OLD THERMOSTAT AND I WAS UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME. THE TECH ON THE PHONE WENT THROUGH EVERYTHING WITH ME AND MADE SURE IT WAS RIGHT.
