I absolutely love this thermostat. Not only is it saving me money it’s so convenient to turn up the heat or AC when I’m on my way home from work!! Not having it run all day when I’m not home is very comforting! Also, the original one I had was defective about 10 months after it was installed. Nest customer service helped replace my unit immediately. I appreciated their customer service!

Got the copper one to try and loved it so much got a black one for my other unit. Very easy to use, love the App and it works with Siri and Google Home perfectly. Would highly recommend.

Love everything about it except the cheap white plastic backplate nearly everyone needs to use if retrofitting. Cheapens what is otherwise a sleek looking piece of tech that delivers great quality and user experience.

I really like my Nest, but it is hard to hook up with a 2nd. cell phone. The directions are not crystal clear. Had a very difficult time getting my spouse connected to the Nest.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Its a beautiful item love the color copper it goes with my living room very easy to install. Its must have. And my house is all about nest i have nest cameras outside and indoor next will be door bell.

I was away from home for days during a bitterly cold time. I lowered the temp to 60.
The batteries in my thermostat died (didn’t know it had batteries) and it was 40 when I returned. I could have had broken pipes. This Nest will allow me to check temps away from home and alert me if the temp drops too much.
It’s easy to use and gives me peace of mind and saves $ too.

This was very easy to install. Not so much for the interface with the google app however. The temperature seems to have a mind of its own at times and goes to eco mode when I am working 15 feet away. Despite these few things i like it and would recommend.
