We upgraded our programmable thermostat to a Nest so that it would be easy for anyone in the house to set the proper temperature or set for being away. No more asking if the thermostat program had been set, or adjusting multiple settings just to use the fan.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My home is almost fully automated and this was the final step. I owned an ecobee thermostat which was great but I wanted to complete my Nest products. I already have the smoke detectors and cameras so I only figured it would be right to add the thermostat. It was very easy to install, very easy to use, and intergrated with my Wink app automatically. Nest has done it again very impressed with all their products this just tops it all off. Keep up the good job only thing is I wish the prices were a little cheaper but you do get what you pay for

This thermostat is awesome. Install is so easy and takes less then 10mins. It literally walks your way thru it to set it up. The app is also amazing and easy to use.

Great product. I was apprehensive about the install. I usually have trouble with these matters and have to call a professional to complete the mess I started. Surprisingly, by taking my time and You Tube, I was able to complete the install my self (although there was no wall to screw one of the screws requiring that I use a larger screw so the screw was able to grab into something).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Like adjusting the temp from the app

We have an older house and the thermostat wasn't working so well. You'd have to turn it way down to get the a/c to kick on and then after it did, it would get too cold - always running back and forth. With the nest thermostat, you can adjust the temperature up or down with your phone by just one degree since the display is digital. Also like that it knows how long to keep the fan running after the condenser kicks off to keep cold air moving efficiently. Also enjoying the fan only option for times when the outside temperature is cool in the evening. It's also nice to be able to turn the air conditioning on from upstairs! Really enjoying the nest thermostat - can't think of any negatives. The hardest part with installation was finding the breaker that turned off power to the thermostat. Be sure you have the little gadget that lets you test to see if the power is off. Also set up was problematic until we figured out you TURN the dial on the unit to get to different options.

Wasn’t planning on getting a nest because I didn’t really care. I ended up getting one and it’s one of the best choices I have made. It looks much classier than the normal wall thermostat. I can change the temperature from my phone. It’s easy to set up and use. I recommend it to everyone. Even if you don’t really care if you have one or not, do it. You will be happy you did.
