Works Great But Pricey

The system thermostat was not working properly. So I replace it with Nest Thermostat. The system has way more wires than the direction showed. Tech was able to send me a picture to make it work.

This is the un-thermostat

I always hated programmable thermostats. I bought basic ones just to avoid programming 28 time and temp period changes into the stat.
Then came Nest. I researched it, waited until the security level was up to par, and consulted friends on ease of setup and use. I’m technically savvy but this is one of those devices that is SO simple and well-designed, installing it is painless. I love it!

Love the temperature sensor feature

I only have one thermostat for a multi-story townhouse. But with a temperature sensor in the bedroom, my Nest keeps air flowing to even out the temps and always keep it comfortable. Love it!
