As an hvac technician in florida, i will tell u these t-stats are worth every penny. Its simple, stylish, and the setup is so easy. U can access it from ur phone or computer from anywhere in the world through wifi and data. The t stat is well made and takes minutes to install even if ur a novice with no technical background. U can leave the t stat as is or u can micro manage every aspect of it.

The Best

Last year I had a new furnace/heat pump/AC installed in my home. The HVAC company that installed it insisted on using a Honeywell thermostat which I hated. As soon as the dust settled I installed my new Nest Learning Thermostat and absolutely love EVERYTHING about it. I was able to get the HVAC company to refund my money for the top of the line Honeywell which more than paid for the Nest.

Wonderful Upgrade!

I purchased my 3rd generation Nest through a promotional offer from my utility company along with two Nest remote temperature sensors. Nothing was wrong with my first generation Nest but I was intrigued by the option to have this new model which works with wireless remote temperature sensors. Now I no longer need to adjust the temperature at bed time to keep the upstairs comfortable.
