If only everything I bought was packaged so well, came with perfect instructions, was this high quality, this easy to use, and had an app that was just as intuitive...I would wake up from my dream and buy them all too!

Replacing Old Thermostats with NEST

My home HVAC system uses a Heat Pump and that made things a little confusing, but the NEXT customer service help me out on the wiring and system is working fine now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Saves on Your Biggest Energy Cost

Great tool to save on energy consumption. Programmable and uses your phones location to kick into eco mode when you leave home.
One thing to watch for - if you’re having a contractor install, make sure that they send someone with experience installing nest. My HVAC tech didn’t, and it was a pain.

If your looking for a smart thermostat that just works. Nest gen 3 is for you. Yes it does all of the smart stuff you’d expect but this actually works. No bugs, no problems it just works like it’s supposed to do. Try finding that in competitors products.

I was originally very hands on with the device to ensure that I was getting the best performance. That was the wrong thing to do, because it quickly took care of itself.
