Easy to use, fast setup, everything you need is in the box and they are tons of video on how to install just incase you get a little confused.

Easy to install, easy to use. It reduced my energy cost by 18% the first month I had it. At this rate I will recoup the cost of the device by the end of the summer.

The thermostat was easy to install. The operating instructions are very easy to follow. It was easy to add it to my network and the app is simple to use. The reports and schedules that the Thermostat creates are very good and contain all needed information.

Nest in Dual Zone Air Conditioning House

I own a Nest Learning thermostat and put it into my family room. I Loved it so much I bought a second one for my upstairs. I live in a colonial home with 2 floors and 2 zones air conditioning units. However after I installed the second thermostat as per all instructions researched everything for BOTH thermostats. After installation it has NEVER worked. My other thermostat worked and is working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Thermostat

I have just received the Nest for an early Christmas Present from my kids, not something I would have bought because the thermostat we had was not broken. This thing was a breeze to install and works great I can't wait to have it for a couple of weeks to see what kind of schedule and all it recommends. I would recommend this product to anyone,
