We replaced an old Honeywell programmable thermostat with our new Nest. The Nest is easier to use, more compact, and has great features. The app is a lot easier to use, as well.

Great Addition to our Smart Home

The Nest Learning Thermostat was an essential part of our smart home system. While it was a little daunting at first, the online installation instructions were excellent. The whole process took about 90 minutes. Probably would have been shorter for a more experienced installer. It synced up to our Google Assistant perfectly and two days later is functioning properly.

Easy installation....waiting for data

My Nest thermostat was a gift. The installation was very easy, but be careful to keep the wiring tight to the base, ensuring the wiring does not hit the back of the head/unit itself. Once the head is installed onto the base and snapped in place, the head needs space to be pressed to allow for setup and continued use, and any wiring sitting past the base will affect setup and use. Waiting for data!

The Best Thermostat Ever!

I’m so thrilled with the Nest Thermostat. We have a dual zone, so I had to buy 2. The AI the Nest has to self automate your heating and AC function is unreal. We’re already seeing a difference in our energy bill going down! I love the fact when we’re on our way home, I just open up the app and prepare temp for our arrival. Only warning, depending on your wiring set up, you’ll need HVAC pro install

Hey Calvin, thanks for taking the time to reach out to us once more. We´re truly sorry to hear that your Nest Learning Thermostat is still having issues even after having it replaced twice.
There is the biggest possibility that the issue you're experiencing may also be related to an issue with your heating and cooling system. A good way to verify this is to remove the Nest Learning Thermostat and install your old programmable thermostat, to see if your system will work properly. - If your system works with your old thermostat, then there might be a compatibility issue between your heating and cooling system and the Nest Learning Thermostat. - If your system doesn't work properly, we recommend contacting your preferred technician or a Nest Pro technician to check and diagnose the issue with your system.
