I’m using this on both my knees and my upper back and I can tell a difference already and it’s only been about a week. Less pain and inflammation in both areas.

Detailed instructions. Long battery life. There are several options on the controller, vibration, three light modes, various times, light intensity, and light pulsation. The vibration mode is on the light side. Yes, it is small, but a good size if you want to take it anywhere. It can easily fit in a bag or a purse. There is a caution listed on page 17, "Never use...Pro Micro on your head or neck, or over your eyes, as the light can damage your eyes." So buy goggles! LifePro did offer a suggestion of another product for the face. ** There is a very thin plastic covering the working side of the Pro Micro. I found it difficult to remove. It is so thin that I questioned if it was even there. Anyway, DON'T FORGET TO REMOVE IT! I hope everyone enjoys their LifePro products. I am up to two and I have my eye on another one. STAY HEALTHY!

I have not gotten to use this long enough to know, I do know if you needed to use it while it was plugged in that cord is not long enough
