Powered up right out of the box. All functions worked as stated in the included direction booklet. Extra plus is this is the perfect size to tuck into a suitcase for travel and take your red light therapy with you. Made with good quality materials and not cheap plastics and fabrics. Highly recommend.

I have tried others. This has been the best size so far. The power bank is a must. This works for me. The corded ones are cumbersome. Perfect for my needs. Feels good. The button controls are a bit confusing at first but I mostly stick to one setting. Wish timer could be longer. Still, it's a great product.
