I haven't used this but for 2 nights so I can't review results, but the product works well & has lots of settings.
My only issue is that it states the battery pack will remember the last settings but it doesn't seem to for me. However this isn't a make or break or even something that would cause a star loss. Just wanted to bring awareness.

I love my AllevaRed Pro Mini Light Therapy Belt. I have been using a light therapy mat for about a year. I bought this product for my trip to Poland next month. I have already started using it and I love it.
