The lights seem good, but it is difficult to wrap around arms and legs - it is cumbersome. Too early to know results.

I:m new to red light therapy, and I wish I had known about this sooner. I am 71 years old, and I have pain in both knees when walking. The AllevaRed Pro Mini Light Therapy Belt is a real game changer! it really reduces the joint pain I have been living with. This unit is really versatile and I'm looking forward to making Red light therapy a part of daily my routine.

Belt is easy to operate, with clear directions and video link is a plus. Not quite as flexible as I would hope (right out of the box anyway), but I think how it is packed explains and will improve with use. The light settings are great and easy to adjust.
