The product craftsmanship and quality are great. Well thought out design.
My wife and I just started using the belt so we have no idea whether or not it will produce the results we are seeking. Torn meniscus (knee), torn rotator cuff, beer belly :)

So far working great. Easy to use. Wouldn’t mind a shorter Velcro belt for easier arm and leg use. But the long one that came with is working ok.
