Easy to use and comfortable. Just got this product so don't know the effects of using yet. But believe in light therapy so am sure there will be positive benefits to using.

It’s a great size to use quickly. I use it around my ankle and my lower back. The battery only lasts for like three sessions so you have to charge it often but otherwise it’s great.
