I just received the mini belt. My focus is for my Hoshimoto's Thyroiditis. Using on my neck along w any other parts of the body that need it.

Battery pack scraped up out of the box

The unit looked new, but when I opened the box the screen on the battery pack was scratched up like it was previously used.
Using it for the first time, so I can’t say how well it works

1st time use and it doesn’t work

Power box is showing fully charged, after being plugged in. When attached to the unit and power button pushed, nothing happens. So disappointing because I also ordered a vibration plate so hopefully that will work on first try.
