I’ve been using this red light therapy belt for 6 months and it has been really great for my lower back, neck and shoulders. It helps to alleviate stiffness and soreness, especially on my back. It’s easy to use. I highly recommend.

I just got the product in the mail. I did the first 10 minutes. I’ve read light therapy didn’t have any reaction so far so good. I have to come back and have a more thorough review at this time. I can’t say a whole lot.

1st time use and it doesn’t work

Power box is showing fully charged, after being plugged in. When attached to the unit and power button pushed, nothing happens. So disappointing because I also ordered a vibration plate so hopefully that will work on first try.
