I've only used it a few times on myself and a few times on my dog, so I don't know yet if it will provide lasting relief, but it seems to work short term. The controls are very confusing as you get only 2 buttons, but 4 functions. I know it is working because the pad does not get very hot, but I do. About 6 minutes into a 10 minute cycle and I'm sweating. I'm looking forward to finding out if this helps me alleviate some of my daily aches and pains.

Hoping this helps relieve sciatica pain

Just purchased the Allevared Pro Mini to use on my lower back for sciatica. I found it a little difficult to set all the settings even with the instructions. I’m not very technical, so it took me awhile to figure it out. Other than that, I like the size and the belt to hold it in place. Not sure if it will help me or not yet.

I like the way it fits and the warmth is nice. I can feel it doing something right away. Will have to sue it for a while to see the effects.
