Detailed instructions. Long battery life. There are several options on the controller, vibration, three light modes, various times, light intensity, and light pulsation. The vibration mode is on the light side. Yes, it is small, but a good size if you want to take it anywhere. It can easily fit in a bag or a purse. There is a caution listed on page 17, "Never use...Pro Micro on your head or neck, or over your eyes, as the light can damage your eyes." So buy goggles! LifePro did offer a suggestion of another product for the face. ** There is a very thin plastic covering the working side of the Pro Micro. I found it difficult to remove. It is so thin that I questioned if it was even there. Anyway, DON'T FORGET TO REMOVE IT! I hope everyone enjoys their LifePro products. I am up to two and I have my eye on another one. STAY HEALTHY!

Belt is too short. Don’t know if my husband can use it or not. Lifepro products are good, that is why I bought. At this point we haven’t started using it yet so it is too early to give a review yet.

I do like my lifepro alleva red light therapy belts. The only thing i wish was changed was the battery pack was on front and not back. Hard to sit or lay with it on

Works great on my knee and elbow. You can change modes of red light/Infrared, and add vibration. I do wish it came with a shorter strap for easier use on elbow
