I got it for my ankle. It is able to wrap around nicely and hoping it helps the pain from surgery.

I currently own the larger belt and love it. It legitimately reduces pain and inflammation. That is why I have chosen the pro micro so it can be used on my arms and legs.

I like all the options just wish it came with a shorter strap. When using on your arms, if you wrap the Velcro strap it covers the controller

The micro belt is perfect for your arms my only complaint is the Velcro strap is long and wraps around the device so it’s hard to access the control module
