Using in morning and evenings, with vibration plate or while reading. I was a little disappointed when I first opened up the box because I thought it was wireless. Thankful the micro-usb option to add to a battery pack to allow for more movement.

It arrived when foretold. Unboxing was easy, assembly was straight forward, and it works well, so far. Praying for better longevity than other brands I've tried. Construction of the Alleva Red Pro appearss better than the other brand I've tried.

I have only been using the belt for 2 weeks but I’m already seeing less stretch marks and tighter skin around my belly. Wish I had come across this years ago after having babies. The warmth makes this an easy habit for me!
