I’ve been paying quite a bit for red light therapy at a facility, now I’m going try to see if I can get my own and have a more regular approach. Will check back in if there are any benefits.

I just received my belt, and it is good quality and packaged well. It does appear to be easy to use. Now I am adding it to me workout routine for my abs to tighten, provide comfort, and improve circulation. Hoping to let the benefits begin!

I truly have been able to deal with any sciatica pain since using the belt! I recommend it to everyone. My granddaughter even used it on her legs during cross country season!
