I just did my first session and it uplifted my mood. I did have to read through the instructions to understand all of the different modes and look forward to learning more about each mode!

I haven’t try this one yet, but I used to get body massage and the therapist had the same one and it works great

The Light Therapy Belt provides so much relief after sitting all day working at a desk job. The vibration is nice, but the heat is most helpful in soothing the aches in my back.
