This belt has given me relief in so many ways. I suffer from Autoimmune joint pain and this belt is the difference between a day I can go about my life or stay home in pain. The red light technology is amazing and if you are consistent you will get the pain relief that can make a difference in your day. I do this twice a day and one of the side effects is that I go right to sleep when I do this at night. Life changer. Thank you!

I just got this belt 4-5 days ago and so far I love it. I especially love the vibration feature. I also bought the pro elite that has a battery pack. Both are great.
