I have used the allevapro red light belt daily since I received it. I am of an advanced age yet very active and I find the belt helps to moderate the twinges that come with that combination. One of my contemporaries has just ordered a belt to deal with his back pain.

The Allevared Pro Light Therapy Belt is awesome! Inflammation has reduced. Bruises clear up quickly. Pain is reduced significantly. A great product.

It really helps with my lower back. It worked with healing a bruised arm and wrist. I no longer feel the pain in my wrist.
