I love this belt. It makes you sit still and enjoy it instead of multitasking. I’ve used it a bit over a month but the last two weeks I’ve used it more on a daily basis. I’m looking for nerve pain relief to my legs that comes from the low back even though my low back doesn’t even hurt! Hopefully soon!

LOVE THE VERSATILITY!!!

I wanted something that was versatile and I could use anywhere on my body, the belt allows for that! We’ve used it around our waist, laid on it to help our back, and even laid it flat over our body front for chest, neck, shoulder etc @sunandsandwellness

New Part of My Regimen

I regularly work out and play a lot of sports (ice hockey, golf, cycling). My wife thoughtfully got this as a recovery aid for me as a birthday present (just turned 67) - because it's hard not to notice I'm kinda stiff after my activities. So far so good, and hoping this will help me in the long term!

The cord doesn’t work all he time

Love the belt when it works but unfortunately the wires that connect the cord

It is very hit and miss. Have to hold it just right for both the vibration and red light to work together.

I really love the infra red therapy. It has really really helped with back pain . I think I need to start on my knee. Good results you can feel!
