I have a long-standing neck injury, and using the red-light on the muscles has helped immensely! I've only used it a few times with good results, so I'm hopeful for continued improvement!

This is better than the first one I purchased, adding the vibration to this belt was a great idea. This really helps my lower back, way better than a heating pad! 10/10 would recommend!
