Easy to use and I like the different levels of "intensity" for the lights. It doesn't reach all the way around your body with lights but it is easy to move to hit the correct areas.

I just just recieved this in the mail, and im already puting it to work with some toning cream apllied and dryed first. The massage feels good on my back! Can't wait to add this to my daily routine!
