Got this as a present and shuts off after 1 min use. Wasnt registered right after husband bought it because was for my birthday. Can’t get it to stay running. We’ll see what they do to remedy this problem.

I've been using this belt on 3 areas since purchasing it. So far I feel like it is working to lessen the pain in 2 of those areas. The jury is still out on the midsection area.

Have a lower back issue; started using the AllevaRed Pro belt w infra red therapy, felt it working after three 30 min. Sessions; felt relief!!
