It’s helped with my lower back pain

I order this belt through Tik Tok basically for fat burning in my belly but after using it for my lower back pain it has helped me tremendously! Not sure if it does help with melting fat but it has definitely helped with pain.

Relief after knee surgery

After knee surgery, my doctor recommended red light therapy. I happened across this product and the reviews were solid so I gave it a go. I'm no unhappy, I don't feel immediate relief but with regular use, 2-3x daily, 20 minutes each time, I do feel I'm healing better. I can also use it on my back so it's a multi use product. Problem is I've lost the user manual so it's hard to recall how to set the buttons for what I need. I need another manual.
